This was a pleasant surprise in a very nice area of Louisville suburbs for a budget price. There were lots of restaurants in the area and the hotel was quiet, even though a group of teenage bike racers stayed there. Bathroom was clean and large. Business Traveler
The room smelled bad, staff was less than enthused about making sure our stay was comfortable. Felt like we were somewhat misled as the room touted free internet, complimentary breakfast, but we found out that was only on the rooms with the king size deluxe status. The people working the registration desk were polite but not overly friendly. This was both checking in and checking out. My friend is disabled and it is hard for her to climb steps. There was no rooms for us on the lower floor. I had to carry everything and her oxygen tank up the steps. Everything seemed to be clean but there was some mold on the shower curtain.
